Booking conditions:
The reservation will be effective upon receipt of a deposit of 50% minimum. Realization of this payment entails the acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The payment of the balance will have to be done at the latest 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellation interruption of stay:
- up to 90 days before your arrival 10% of the total amount.
- from 89 to 60 days before your arrival 30% of the total amount.
- from 59 to 30 days before your arrival 50% of the total amount.
- from 29 days to arrival 100% of the total amount.
A security deposit with a value of T1 : 400 € - T2 : 500 € - Suite(s) : 150 € must be received at least 15 days before your arrival. It will be returned to the maximum within 15 days, after inventory, if no damage was found.
In the event of any breakage or other damage not related to the usurious use of the equipment or furniture, put at your disposal, all or part of the caution will not be refunded.
The tourist tax of 2€/d/pmust be received at least 15 days before your arrival.
Methods of payment: bank transfer, French or Portuguese check, cash.
Terms and conditions :
Arrivals (check in) will be between 16h and 18h
Departures (check out) before 10am.
Please inform us of your schedule at least 48 hours before.
Cleaning fees are not included in the price: T1 = 50 € - T2 = 60 €.
They must be paid on arrival. If you intend to do it yourself, please inform us on arrival.
A check-out form will be provided upon arrival.
The cleaning fee will be returned if the household is done correctly by you including the kitchen (cleanliness of the refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery ... ) and the bath room.
The establishment is non-smoking.
Towels can not be used at the pool.
We do not accept any liability for loss or theft of your belongings.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
The client undertakes to enjoy in a peaceful way the places placed at his disposal, according to their destination and to return them in the state found on his arrival. Any damage found would be his responsibility.
